This is a really cool little film. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. In the modern age of cinema it’s nice to see young females getting a voice, rather than just being used as ‘pretty props’ or supporting characters. Very rarely you see three young strong female leads with something to say. Hurrah! I hadn’t seen the young female actresses’s before , so think it must be some of their first work, but they did a great job in bringing these very believable characters to life. Don’t want to give too much away but i really enjoyed this and it didn’t go where I expected. If you like your independent films with a bit more brains , then this is maybe a film for you. A real breath of air from the usual ‘girls get lost and taken advantage of’ dirge that so many films in this genre fall into becoming the usual haky horror. This is neither, it’s far more cerebral. Yes it’s obviously low budget, but looks great ,the mainly unknown cast deliver and the story has some really interesting twists and turns that I wasn’t expecting…but I don’t want to spoil anything.
 

Worth a watch if you are a fan of more intelligent films, as opposed to the usual ‘films for the hard of thinking’ which seem so abundant these days !
