Some may claim the camera work is simplistic and that it doesn’t quite feel like an authentic theater experience. Both can be valid criticisms, as a recording will never be the same as actually being in a seat in the Richard Rodgers theater, experiencing the show.

However, as someone privileged enough to have seen Hamilton at the Richard Rodgers Theater in person (Not the Original cast though!), I can say I felt nearly as much emotion from this stage recording as I did in person.
